Good to know
I’ve never done yoga. Where do I start?
Book the intro offer and start with Slow Flow or Yin & Sound. Arrive ten minutes early and tell your teacher it’s your first class — they’ll look after you.
What should I bring?
Just yourself, comfy clothes and a water bottle. We have mats, blocks, bolsters and towels.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes — pause for up to two months a year, free of charge, from your account.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Cancel a class booking up to 6 hours before for free. Memberships can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice.
